We’re thankful for any assistance you give — regardless of the size of the donation. As a community of adults with disabilities, The Mission Project incurs many expenses. Transportation to and from work is one of our largest. We have five minivans and five drivers to get our participants to and from their jobs on varying schedules. Educational expenses, fitness classes, and Travel Club are other activities with ongoing expenses.
Our fundraising events are a large source of funding, but so are the donations — from friends, relatives and strangers who believe that it’s worth supporting what we do to enable our participants to live independent and fulfilling lives.
